All of our head door supervisors have at least 4 years of experience in the industry. This not only gives each door team a wealth of knowledge to execute their job successfully but also gives you peace of mind.
All Priority security group door supervisors are SIA registered and must undergo an in-depth interview to ensure that all are experienced and versatile so that they can work a wide range of venues.
We also know that you don’t just want somebody with an SIA licence, you need somebody who can look after your business or event as you would. It’s our priority to find the right door team for your venue or event.
We know it can be difficult to find the right staff the first time so we wont give up until your totally happy with the door supervisors we provide you.

Our staff are trained in first aid and have all taken further courses in conflict management to keep them at the forefront of our industry. We are proud to say we were the first company in West Midlands to offer regular on the job refresher training and conflict management, physical intervention in house training sessions monthly to ensure our staff are up to date with the latest laws and skills remain refreshed.
All of our door supervisors are HZL & Mcoormack trained in physical intervention and undergo regular continuous training
